What you'll be doing:
- Own part of the platform (app/web) growth mandate - user onboarding, upgrades, retention
- Be responsible for designing platform growth journeys, nudges, incentivising desired habit
- See through the customer's eyes - process & design growth flows from his/her perspective
- Develop personas across different lifecycle stages , market to the customer at every stage
- Managing platform marketing spends for user onboarding, upgrades, retention, habit creation
- Keep up to date with key market, digital marketing, customer trends and infuse that into the role
- Identify the right marketing metrics to track, put the right tools in place to measure ROI
- Work with cross functional teams - product/demand/supply to close projects for the role
You'll be a good fit if you:
- Have worked in mobile-first companies for ~ 2-4 years (preferably in growth/marketing roles)
- Have enjoyed digital gaming/sports (personally or in a community setting)
- Are comfortable to work in a high growth environment with an evolving industry/customer
- Are comfortable with shuffling contexts multiple times between execution & strategization
- Are comfortable getting your hands dirty with data, campaigns, user insight deep dives
- Apart from Data Analysis - know how to make sense of the data and take actions.
- Are aware of app Marketing analytics tools (Amplitude/Localytics mixpanel etc)
- Have some experience with App Marketing engagement tools (Clevertap/Moengage etc)
