Role & responsibilities

• Assist in research, analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations for decision-making.
• Support in developing and executing business strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Take ownership of specific projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key deliverables.
• Assist in streamlining day-to-day operations by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for key meetings.
• Manage ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the founder or leadership team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing Master's in Business Administarion or related field.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
