Job Description :

Team Lead with a strong hands-on technical background, responsible for managing projects, designing solutions, leading a development team, and ensuring the quality of technical deliverables.

Experience Range : 8 years and above

Role Summary :

- Estimate project scope, manage timelines and team deliverables, and provide regular management updates.

- Mentor team members in coding best practices and review code quality to ensure consistency and high standards in software design and implementation.

- Take ownership and be hands-on from idea through to production, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders as needed.

- Contribute to setting technology standards, ensuring cross-product technical alignment and compliance.

- Stay current with emerging technologies to foster innovation within the company.

Ideal Candidate :

- Passionate about coding and exploring the latest technologies to develop innovative proof of concepts.

- Skilled in building highly scalable, secure enterprise applications, web services, mobile apps, and web portals with user-friendly intuitive designs.

- Lead and motivate the technical team, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

- Develop team members' technical skills, guide project workflows, and support individual growth within the team

- Strong technical foundation in both client and server-side programming, enabling the development of secure, data-driven systems, scalable APIs (web and microservices), and seamless partner integrations.

- Hands-on experience with financial services or lending technology, preferably within MFIs, NBFCs, banks, or a fintech startup environment.

- Experienced in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including both internal and external clients, IT vendors, and data providers.

- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

- Holds a degree from a top educational institution.
