Rider Onboarding Specialist - Tele caller

Role Overview
Were looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Outbound Telecallers to engage with prospective delivery partners (bike riders), guide them through the onboarding process, and convert leads provided by our ground team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential delivery partners provided by the ground team.
• Explain the onboarding process, benefits, and requirements clearly to riders.
• Address rider queries and resolve any concerns to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track and follow up on leads to achieve daily/weekly conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate call records and reports using the companys systems.

What Were Looking For

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in [list required languages, e.g., Hindi, English, and local language].
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or basic data entry skills is a plus.
• A positive attitude, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
