Job Description
As a Support Engineer you will be responsible for resolving support incidents, investigating issues, conducting root cause analyses, and supporting the product team in addressing user challenges and implementing new features. You will be directly working with other engineering team to resolve problems and liaisioning with product developers to handle escalations.
Qualifications and Experience
- You have a strong customer focus & is proficient in SQL, Database, Excel
- You have worked in support for Cloud web based application & Android application
- You have used support tools like Freshdesk/Zendesk/Others Experience in a B2B SaaS organization
- You have a sharp troubleshooters mind & you can express problems, causes, diagnosis and solutions in a clear concise manner
- You have excellent spoken and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
