Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Loan Executive and LAP Loan Exxecutive at LMV Financial Services Pvt Ltd. The Home Loan Manager will be responsible for generating Home loan and LAP Loan leads through Direct Sales.
- Identify potential clients' needs and provide tailored solutions for home loans, LAP loans, mortgage loans, and housing finance products.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in direct sales or related field (preferably in home loan sales).
- Strong understanding of financial services industry, particularly housing finance products such as home loans, LAP loans, mortgage loans.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets consistently over time.
