ServiceNow Developer (ITOM/ HRSD)

Requirement:

ITOM:

ServiceNow ITOM Expertise: Proven experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow Discovery and Event Management solutions.

CMDB Knowledge: Strong understanding of the CMDB lifecycle, including discovery, service mapping, and CI data integrity.

Integrations: Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and API integrations for systems like AD, MID Servers, and credential stores.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and the ability to develop custom patterns and workflows.

Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and cloud discovery tools.

CSDM Framework: Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

HRSD:

• Expertise with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery application in the area of HR case management , HR lifecycle events(On-boarding , offboarding etc etc), Employee Centre.
• Extensive experience creating custom Widget using html, CSS, bootstrap , AngularJS etc.
• Experience with Now mobile app.
• Experience in extensive cross-browser testing and support.
• Hands on ServiceNow integration experience using Web Service, SOAP /REST.
• Practical experience of servicenow integration with ERP systems like Oracle Cloud.
• An appreciation of supporting production systems and end users.
