What youll need - What we need from you;

• 7 years+ proven experience in Senior Engineering delivery roles
• Have evolving knowledge of, and interest in engineering principles, practices, and technologies
• Strong exposure to modern web technologies especially JavaScript (Node.js or react.js) as well as RESTful APIS and web services
• Hands on experience in Typescript.
• Experience in CI and CD would also be an advantage (support and training in this can be provided)
• Expertise in delivering and supporting high-availability, high-performance systems
• Have effective collaboration and communication skills, able to work and influence across functional boundaries
• A passion for coaching, developing & motivating colleagues
