  • This role is ideal for an experienced People/ HR Administrator looking to expand their knowledge in a truly Global business

  • The Role

  • The People Administrator will work as part of the People Administration and Benefits team, with a particular focus on benefits administration for colleagues around the Globe
  • This will involve:

  • Delivering a wide range of complex administrative support
  • Resolving queries from colleagues
  • Supporting project work when required
  • Working to SLAs
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing documents related to employment changes
  • Preparing insurance/ benefit enrolments, terminations and changes
  • Ensuring accurate people records are maintained and compliant with Data Protection legislation and Company policies
  • Responsible for providing data to the People Administration and Benefits Lead to support reporting requirements
  • Person Requirements

  • Demonstrable People / HR Administrator experience
  • Experience in a Global organisation advantageous
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised with an ability to plan workloads, motivated by deadlines and KPIs to deliver
  • Experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors an advantage), data information control and governance
