Senior Manager/ Deputy General Manager(Estimation and Monitoring Department )

1. Project Estimation: Cost Estimation: Develop detailed cost estimates for Insulation projects based on project scope, specifications, and available data, Time Estimation: Estimate project timelines, including critical milestones and delivery schedules. Resource Estimation: Determine resource requirements (materials, equipment, manpower) for project execution. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks and uncertainties that could impact project costs and timelines.

2. Bid Preparation: Prepare competitive bids and proposals for Insulation projects, ensuring accuracy in estimating costs and timelines, Collaborate with other departments (engineering, procurement, construction) to incorporate their inputs into bid documents,

3. Monitoring and Control: Establish systems for monitoring project progress, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, Track project expenditures against budgets and forecasts, Implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.

4. Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders on project status, including financial performance, schedule adherence, and risk factors., Provide insights and recommendations based on project monitoring and analysis.

5.Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives., Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for budgeting and financial reporting purposes.

6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in estimation techniques, monitoring systems, and project management practices, Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance overall project performance.
