About the Role
We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team, responsible for driving
sales growth by converting leads into customers. As the primary point of contact for
interested customers, you will provide product information, answer queries, and
guide them through the sales process to closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate sales leads to drive
business growth.
• Follow-Up Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure
timely follow-up on leads and support the sales process until closure.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and track lead pipelines, providing regular
updates to ensure targets are met.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and
existing clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Qualification
- Graduate and above
- 3-4 years of experience in call centre or inside sales with a luxury/premium brand
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Skillsets Required
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
