Job Description

The role of a Lead - Referral Channel, would involve a dynamic and strategic resource to oversee and manage the Referral Program across the designated geographic region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Referral Business Managers (RBMs) to achieve referral growth, ensure compliance with referral processes, and drive customer engagement. The Lead - Referral Channel will design and execute strategies to optimize the Referral Program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality leads, and work in collaboration with other business leaders to enhance the referral system's overall performance.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Oversee and lead a team of Referral Business Managers (RBMs) within a specific geographic region.
  • Develop and implement strategies for growing and optimizing the referral channel, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze referral performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring the team meets or exceeds targets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to RBMs in generating new referral leads, ensuring repeat referrals, and managing customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular audits of the referral process, including the disbursal of rewards, compliance, and customer engagement practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e. g. , sales, marketing) to develop and execute referral campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Design and implement training programs for the RBMs to enhance their skills in generating high-quality referrals.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to referral activities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the referral process and ensure smooth execution of changes.
  • Report on performance metrics to senior leadership and make strategic recommendations for program enhancements.
Job Requirement
  • Post Graduation or Graduate with relevant competent experience.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience into B2C Retail Sales.
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Managers in the interior field is a bonus.
  • Good connects within the database and the right network alike.
  • Keeping the Team highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Good working knowledge of Offline / Retail Sales and their business.
