Job Role:
Manage business plans with relevant product and strategy and ensure right assortment is available for the Respective Channels of sales - Online & Offline center & stores to achieve topline and margin. Identify buys based on brand positioning, historical data of hits and misses & market trends.
KPIs & KRAs :
Sales & Performance:
- Understand the trends prevailing in the domestic/international market and customize the same to suit the needs of the market.
- Align buy with the plan and drive the sales, margin and inventory for the brand/brands as per the budget.
- Ensure range presentation is submitted to the concerned stakeholders at defined period.
- Ensure on time orders, consistent tracking to ensure deliveries are on time and aligned to the financial norms.
- Track sales performance for brands and take required action.
- Review gap analysis post launch and make appropriate corrections.
- Regularly collect and analyze product feedback during store visits and sell through reports.
- Understand competition in terms of product offering, business performance, promotions and offers.
- Monitor the ageing of stock with reference to overall stock holding as per defined norms.
Product Portfolio:
- Develop new collections.
- Offer consumers with multiple product ranges.
- Identify potential needs for the respective brand/category.
- Provide design team with range brief and timely inputs on product.
- Use feedback on product quality, performance, customer satisfaction and grievances.

Academics & Experience:
Qualification: Graduation / Post-graduation in Textile and Home
Work Experience: 8- 10 Years in Retail Merchandising preferably in Home category
