• Product Promotion:
• Present and demonstrate Cryocure devices to medical professionals, explaining their advantages and applications.
• Conduct product demonstrations for both patients and healthcare providers, emphasizing the benefits of advanced cryotherapy technology.
• Market and Client Understanding:
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market, including both short-term and long-term trends, and strategies to influence the market effectively.
• Track, analyze, and communicate key performance metrics, working to develop and execute strategic partner plans.
• Partnership Development:
• Collaborate closely with current and potential partners (doctors and hospitals) to address regional challenges.
• Review monthly and quarterly promotions from each partner, working with teams to onboard the best possible partners and selections.
• Planning and Promotion Execution:
• Plan daily schedules to meet 8-10 doctors, promoting Cryocure devices effectively.

• Familiarity with modern pharmaceutical trade distribution and supply chains is advantageous.
