Senior Architect

Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare and oversee the development of precise, coordinated architectural working drawings. Ensure quality drafting and accuracy in designs.

2. Collaborate with consultants, client engineering teams, and project stakeholders to coordinate MEP services and structural requirements for seamless project execution.

3. Review drawings prepared by subordinates, provide clear instructions, and ensure they meet the required quality standards. Submit finalized drawings for approvals.

4. Regularly communicate with project coordinators, management, and design teams to address issues and finalize decisions.

5. Deliver high-quality drafting and detailing at speed while maintaining accuracy.

6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.

7. Ensure compliance with UDCPR regulations in all project designs.

8. Develop 3D models and visualizations to present concepts and finalize designs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Expertise in architectural design and technical drawing.

- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
