Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect specializing in commercial high-rise buildings, IT park projects, and interior fit-out design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of designing large-scale multi-storey commercial spaces, with expertise in modern interiors and efficient fit-out processes. This role demands creative problem-solving, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Architectural Design & Development

• Develop innovative and functional designs for commercial high-rise and IT park projects.
• Prepare conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, functional needs, and aesthetic goals.

2. Interior Design & Fit-Out

• Conceptualize and deliver cutting-edge interior designs for commercial spaces, focusing on efficiency, functionality, and brand alignment.
• Oversee the fit-out process, including material selection, detailing, and finish specifications.
• Ensure alignment of interior fit-out works with architectural design and project timelines.

3. Project Planning & Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors, to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for multi-storey commercial buildings and IT parks.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction, resolve design challenges, and ensure quality standards are met.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability

• Ensure all designs and construction adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions into architectural and interior designs.

5. Client & Stakeholder Interaction

• Work closely with clients to understand project goals, requirements, and budgets.
• Present design concepts and progress updates, incorporating client feedback into final deliverables.

6. Team Collaboration

• Lead and mentor junior architects, designers, and drafting teams.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, structural engineers, lighting designers, and contractors for seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in designing and executing commercial high-rise and IT park projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and fit-out processes for multi-storey commercial buildings.
• Familiarity with LEED or other green building certifications is a plus.

• Expertise in high-rise building codes, fire safety, and structural coordination.
• Proven experience with large-scale interior fit-outs and space planning.
