Vice President - Reporting & Analytics - Investment Banking (12-18 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strong, experienced leader to drive Reporting & Analytics within a Commercial Investment Banking setup. The ideal candidate will have a consulting background, expertise in data visualization (Power BI/Tableau, Excel), and a proven track record in stakeholder and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Reporting & Analytics for Investment Banking functions

- Manage a team of 7-10 members, driving efficiency and performance

- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide data-driven insights

- Leverage Power BI/Tableau for high-quality data visualization

- Ensure smooth execution of reporting processes & analytics projects

- Collaborate with global teams & support late evening US calls

Required Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of experience (strong candidates with 10+ years can be considered)

5+ years of team management in a global setup

Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel (mandatory)

Strong background in Commercial Investment Banking

Proven experience in stakeholder management & consulting
