• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
• Utilize job portals and other sourcing tools effectively for talent acquisition.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
• Maintain an updated database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a seamless 360-degree recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
