Role- Sales Executive - Insurance
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate is disciplined, punctual, hardworking, and has a strong sense of ethics. This role
focuses on generating leads, building relationships, and driving business growth in the
insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Cold Calling:
o Perform cold calling to reach potential clients and generate sales leads.
o Utilize provided data for outreach, if available from reliable data managers.
o Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
2. Business Development:
o Generate business through personal networks, acquaintances, and natural
markets.
o Develop and nurture strong client relationships to secure long-term
partnerships.
3. Sales Activity:
o Ensure a minimum of 2 sales calls daily to meet or exceed targets.
o Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs
and offer suitable solutions.
4. Professionalism:
o Exhibit discipline, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
o Adhere to ethical sales practices and company guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
ï•
Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
ï• Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance sales or 2 years of experience in
general insurance (GI) sales.
ï• Strong understanding of the local market and client dynamics.
ï• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
ï• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
ï• Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
