- Linux expertise
- Bash scripting
- Awareness of monitoring tools
- Linux Troubleshooting
- Expertise in open-source components like Apache, Nginx, Redis, etc.
Certifications :
- RHCSA (Compulsory)
- RHCE (Compulsory)
- AWS (Optional)
- Handle and be responsible for creating and managing Linux/Windows/Unix operating systems, servers, domains, SSL certificates, and the complete IT infrastructure.
- Plan, execute, and test Linux/Windows-based administration activities.
- Coordinate with customers, respond to helpdesk inquiries, and effectively address a broad range of issues, including L1 & L2 level troubleshooting.
- Manage servers with expertise in Linux and network commands, application backup integration, monitoring, and management.
- Troubleshoot server, database, network, and application issues to maintain performance.
- Collaborate with the product development team to implement and support client offerings.
- Be ready to learn and develop new technologies and shell scripting.
