- Agile Product Management Work with Agile Product Managers and stakeholders to drive organizational goals and product integrity
- Streamline the Product Backlog to support business agility and market trends
- Maximize product value through effective team collaboration and prioritization
- Business Strategy and Customer Focus Identify short and longterm business priorities using Lean Agile Thinking
- Represent the voice of the customer define user personas and prioritize their needs
- Conduct customer interviews to gather feedback and understand market trends
- Agile Leadership and Management Drive the vision and Program backlog
- Define key performance indicators KPIs and objectiveskey results OKRs
- Manage the Program Backlog participate in planning events and ensure effective backlog managementExpertise and Collaboration Collaborate with System and Solution ArchitectsEngineers on technology decisions and enabler work
- Apply Behavior Driven Development BDD to guide development and improve workflow
- Team Leadership and Development Build and maintain highperformance Agile teams
- Plan and lead ceremonies to enhance team productivity collaboration and continuous improvement
- Portfolio Management and Economic Framework Apply Lean Portfolio Management principles to support strategy and Agile portfolio operations
- Manage Epic investments budget adjustments and governance to align with financial objectives
- Communication and Stakeholder Management Communicate product goals and backlog items clearly
- Balance stakeholder needs and manage conflicts effectively
- Develop multimode communications to address various audience needs
- Skills and Experience Significant business and technical knowledge with Lean Methodology experience preferred
- Strong Agile environment experience ideally with previous Product Owner experience
- Advanced problemsolving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Education and Certifications College degree in Information Technology Business or related fields
- Relevant certifications or licenses may be required
