Job Description
The Product Application Executive will be responsible for overseeing the successful application of our products in various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Composite manufacturing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities - Understand customer requirements and identify suitable product solutions to meet their needs.
- Conducting trials at customers end convince technically.
- Collaborate with customers to analyze their manufacturing processes and recommend optimal product applications.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable product solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess manufacturing operations and provide technical guidance to ensure efficient product usage.
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and research and development, to provide insights and feedback on product performance and customer requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, continuously expanding knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Assist in the development of new product applications and improvements based on customer feedback and market demands.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support.
- Collect and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to generate reports and make recommendations for product enhancements ormodifications.
- Be polite, courteous with customers and team members with whom you interact.
- Be punctual and regular to work and honor your commitments on a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the work place.
- Follow dress code policy/norms of the company.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while handling products.
- BSc or Diploma chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a composites manufacturing environment, preferably in a technical or application-focused role.
- In-depth knowledge of composite manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex manufacturing challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools used in manufacturing and product analysis.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Minimum Qualification :Graduate (BSC)
