- Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords for content optimization.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building activities and technical SEO audits.
- Analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to create SEO-friendly content.
- Track, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, ranking positions, and conversion rates.
- Fix technical issues related to site performance, crawling, and indexing.
- Ensure proper implementation of structured data, metadata, and schema markup.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with website analytics, technical SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
