Role & responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for websites, blogs, case studies, white papers, social media, email campaigns, and more.
• Develop engaging and informative technical content related to IT services, products, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to create compelling digital content.
• Ensure all content is optimised for search engines (SEO) and follows best practices in digital marketing.
• Write persuasive marketing copy, including landing pages, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, style, and messaging across all content.
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to develop insightful content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best content practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in the IT or software industry.
• Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging and reader-friendly content.
• Experience in writing optimised content and familiarity with keyword research tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in writing B2B or SaaS-related content.
