Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documentation, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, information gathering, presentations as well as formatting documents
Manage the purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and furniture
Coordinate the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
Manage agencies including maintaining relationship with service office in Bengaluru
Manage diaries and arrange meetings for senior leadership
Book transport and accommodation
Manage databases and other various systems
Assist the HR team with on-boarding new employees and other duties as required
