Limese - Head - Brand & Retail Operations (4-6 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and drive the growth of our Korean beauty brands across all retail channels. This role will provide strategic direction and leadership to the brand and retail teams while managing key stakeholder relationships and driving business expansion.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute comprehensive retail strategy across all channels (offline, online, quick commerce)

- Set and drive business targets, KPIs, and growth initiatives

- Build and optimize processes for scalable business operations

- Lead strategic planning for brand expansion and market penetration

Team & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead and mentor brand relations and retail operations teams

- Manage relationships with key retail partners and decision-makers

- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic initiatives and business planning

- Work cross-functionally with finance, supply chain, and marketing teams

Business Development & Growth:

- Identify and pursue strategic retail partnership opportunities

- Drive business growth through new channel development

- Lead contract negotiations with major retail partners

- Develop strategies for market expansion and brand scaling

Performance & Analytics:

- Own P&L responsibility for retail business

- Monitor and optimize channel performance metrics

- Drive data-driven decision making across operations

- Implement systems for performance tracking and reporting

Brand Strategy & Innovation:

- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels

- Drive retail innovation and modernization initiatives

- Lead new product launch strategies in retail

- Guide market research and competitive analysis efforts

Required Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in retail/brand management

- Proven track record of scaling retail businesses

- Strong experience in beauty/FMCG sector

- Experience in managing and developing teams

- Excellence in stakeholder management

- Strong analytical and business planning skills
