We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Business Development Sales Executive with a strong background in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential business clients, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth within the B2B segment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential B2B clients within the jewellery industry, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
3. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
4. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the jewellery sector.
5. Present and promote the companys jewellery products and offerings to B2B clients, showcasing their unique value propositions.
6. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to tailor solutions and offerings to meet client needs.
7. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms are favourable for both the company and the client.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
9. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, outlining progress and potential challenges.
10. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the companys presence and network within the jewellery B2B sector.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful B2B sales and business development within the jewellery industry.
In-depth knowledge of jewellery products, materials, trends, and market dynamics.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
