Hiring For Dy. Manager - Credit Control

Role & responsibilities

1. Arranging the Weekly AR reports to the Management with required bifurcation

2. Arranging customer wise remarks for above 60 days outstanding.

3. Arranging Sale Ageing report on weekly basis to the Director.

4. Visiting Overdue outstanding & critical customers when required.

5. Clearing old outstanding & completed reconciliation for top customers.

6. Arranging on Accounts reports to branches and cleared old on accounts.

7. Arranging Balance confirmation sending and received for Major customers

8. Arranging Bad Debts Reports

9. Coordination with Company Legal department for Sending Legal notices as per requirement

10. Checking customers overdue outstanding & confirming advance received through Credit Control department before releasing DO cheques & customer payment.

11. Review meeting with branches & review critical outstanding & collection plan.

12. Handling customer query& focuses on gaining clear understanding of customer perspective & requirement.

13. Handle the credit control team and responsible for team planning.

14. Ensure that all the bank balance report accurately and efficiently.

15. Avoid error in the documents and in case of discrepancy bring it to the notice of the superiors for ratification.

16. As our work demands continuous vigilance and attention, you should be available to attend works any time understand urgency and critical nature.

You will attend/handle the work of your colleagues in their absence and the daily reports etc. should be updated to the HOD through email and whats app groups on their behalf.
