A UI/UX Designer will use interaction design principles to deliver amazing user experience for Lighthouse eDiscovery software products. This role leverages curiosity about human behavior, works cross functional collaborative environment, skilled with qualitative research methods and can translate findings into inspiring insights.

Lead design of usable and desirable interfaces in a team environment.
Design elegant user interactions for complex data workflow.
Collaborate effectively with cross functional team to champion great UX in the face of technical constraints.
Creating design specifications that can be handed off to web developers for implementation
Revising and updating designs and documentation based on continuing user testing and customer feedback
Set the bar for Lighthouse client experience, ensuring that everything you design establishes the standard for user experience.
Develop user centered design process that complements rapid development cycle.
Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Design the interface s visual elements
Create and maintain style guides and design systems
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback & define user personas and create detailed user journeys
Understand product specifications and user psychology
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (eg usability, findability)
Work with UI developers and stakeholders to implement attractive designs and prototypes to developers
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends"

International Association of Accessibility Professionals
Professional Scrum with User Experience Certification
Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and others
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for clients
Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers and clients
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
Able to create storyboards and website mapping "- Fundamental skills in design tools and UI principles
Experience in UI/UX research and design
Knowledge of UX/UI patterns and branding
Proven UI experience
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience in UX tools and methods
Ability to align UX goals with business objectives
Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
