Erp Functional Consultant

Lighthouse Info Systems Pvt. Ltd., an ERP-based IT company at IT Park, Nagpur, seeks an ERP Functional Consultant with experience in the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate should have successfully implemented a full Manufacturing ERP or specialized in P2P, O2C, R2R, kind of processes or on specific modules like Finance, MM, Plant Maintenance, Purchase, Sales, CRM, or HRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Define scope, schedule, and deliverables while ensuring timely execution.
• Gap Analysis & Documentation: Prepare SRS, Functional Design Documents, Test Scripts, and Training Manuals.
• ERP Implementation & Training: Configure, implement, train, and secure client sign-off.
• Risk Mitigation: Conduct periodic project reviews and manage risks proactively.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Guide juniors and coordinate with department heads to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in any ERP Implementation (Lighthouse, SAP, Tally, Marg, ERP-Munim, Focus, etc.).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes & ERP modules.
• Knowledge of project implementation lifecycle phases.
• Analytical & problem-solving skills with MS Excel & Office proficiency.
• A frequent traveler with Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• SQL & data modeling skills are a plus.
• Preferred Qualifications: CA-Inter, ICWA, IPCC, B.Com, BBA, MBA, or Engineering.
