Production Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop and optimize workflows, layouts, and production schedules.
• Reduce production costs without compromising quality.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment.
• Work with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdowns.
• Recommend upgrades or new technologies to enhance production.
• Monitor production to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Identify defects and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to maintain compliance with industry
• Implement automation and smart manufacturing technologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative improvements.
• Lead initiatives for process innovation and digital transformation.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech Preferred

should have 3-4 years of experience as a production engineer.
