Job Description

User Experience Design :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to define user requirements and design solutions that align with business goals.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

Visual Design :

Create visually stunning and consistent user interfaces that adhere to LigaDatas brand guidelines.

Develop and maintain a design system to ensure a cohesive and recognizable visual identity across products.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

Produce wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.

Responsive Design :

Design responsive interfaces that provide a seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

Collaboration :

Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing necessary assets and guidance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.

Accessibility :

Ensure designs are inclusive and adhere to accessibility standards, providing a positive experience for users with diverse needs.

Stay Updated :

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously enhance LigaDatas design processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field with minimum 5+ years of experience.
Proven experience as a UX and Visual Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Experience with prototyping tools for creating interactive mockups.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
Strong knowledge of responsive design and familiarity with front-end development concepts.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication skills to present, explain design decisions, processes, ideas, and solutions to internal teams, clients and various stakeholders.
Familiarity with AI (DALL E, Chat GPT ) Big Data, Cloud, Knowledge of HTML, CSS or Telecom domains is a plus.
