Job Title: Financial Analyst (Part-Time, Remote)
Company: Life Scanners Health Care Pvt. Ltd
Location: Pune, MH, India
Experience: Up to 5 years in Accounting


Key Responsibilities:


1. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
2. Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
3. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to management.
4. Conduct variance analysis and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
6. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
7. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as the Companies Act.
9. Manage cash flow and ensure prudent management of financial risk exposures.
10. Conduct in-depth data analyses using advanced statistical methods and tools.
11. Employ statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights.
12. Coordinate with management to align business and informational priorities.
13. Collaborate with the management team to determine and rank the needs of different business units.
14. Critically evaluate data to derive meaningful and actionable insights.
15. Assist key personnel in research and report preparation processes.
16. Aid in the development of relevant business models for assessing the feasibility of proposed
projects.
17. Prepare financial feasibility reports and financial modeling for proposed development projects.
18. Assess and develop strategies to enhance private investment in State/destination.
19. Conduct surveys, stakeholder consultations, and assessments.
20. Develop solutions and write project reports based on strong relevant research.
21. Represent the organization at various forums, including meetings, workshops, and client meetings.
22. Conduct field visits and collect relevant data from project locations.
23. Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems.
24. Assess the business model and its integration with technology.
25. Research, gather, and synthesize information to support the analysis and design of an
organization's processes and systems.
26. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of designed processes and systems.
27. Work closely with business unit stakeholders and executive management to build annual budgets and forecasts.
28. Prepare and distribute monthly financial statement reports and analysis to management.
29. Assist with the preparation of quarterly earnings release materials.
30. Coordinate reporting activities with other corporate and operations groups to ensure various
reporting deadlines are met.
31. Maintain timely communication with finance management, keeping them informed of all material financial and reporting issues.
32. Assist with special ad-hoc projects as necessary.



Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. MBA in Finance, MS Finance, CFA, CA, or ICWA preferred.
3. 2-3 years of experience in a research or analytical role, preferably within a consulting firm or related industry.
