Position Summary:
The Case Manager will oversee the conversion process for a medical tourism company. The role involves identifying, evaluating, hospitals and other healthcare providers to ensure that international patients receive high-quality medical services.
The manager will ensure the conversions of the patients through convincing patients via phone calls and other online activities who are seeking to come for medical treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Case Manager Leads Management & Conversions
- Identify the leads potential and establish trust with the patients
- Coordination with hospitals to get treatment quote, online consultations and Visa letter and other queries to be solved of patients.
- Coordinate with patients who already arrived in Maharashtra for treatment.
- Coordination with Operations team for seamless patient care and experience.
Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and government health departments.
- Act as a liaison between the company, healthcare providers, and government bodies to facilitate smooth collaboration.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise from the patients side online or offline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, business development, or a related field.
- Experience in medical and wellness tourism and dealing with government bodies is highly desirable
.Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
