Account Executive/Senior Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations, including journal vouchers, bank reconciliations, and GST filings.
• Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payment follow-ups from clients.
• Conduct GST & TDS returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and statutory deadlines.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary data and documentation.
• Perform other accounting functions as required by the organization.

Key Requirements:

• Education: B. Com in Accounting & Finance or any stream with Accounting experience.
• Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and finance operations.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally and SAP, or any other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Data Validation, etc.).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, service, or trading industries.
• Familiarity with banking transactions and statutory filings.
