Job Description
The Head of Business Development will be focused on converting and managing relationships with the clients and industry partners based in Bangalore and Delhi NCR and maintain the profitable P&L for the region
The roles and responsibilities: - To identify the appropriate contact in an organization
- Meet the client ( face to face/online/ Telephonic) and establish a relationship with them
- To understand the needs/problems of the customers (existing/prospective )and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet the requirement and solve the problem statement
- Should be able to understand the vision of the company, think strategically and set the aim & objectives to develop the business for the organization
- Negotiate and close client contracts
- Have a thorough understanding of the products and services, should be able to explain it to others
- Plan promotional activities with the marketing and data analytics team
- Should be able to bring in the efficiency in the way the organization is working
- Attend seminars, conferences, and events to create the visibility of Liases Foras
- Keep themself updated and educated about the trends and changes in the business world
- Should be able to impart training to the team members
What are we looking for?
- 6-8 years of experience in B2B Sales & Alliance
- Undertanding of Real estate is essential and should have business connections in Real estate fraternity
- Work experience with Banks/HFCs/ Pvt Equity fund/ Developers and exposure to selling technology solutions, the customized market research report, Valuations etc. Experience with IPCs will have an added advantage
- Excellent communication & business development skills
- Experience in execution of consulting assignments and Valuation reports will be preferred
- MBA in finance or marketing, CA/CFA, Architect-Urban Planner, skills and certificate courses are an added advantage
CTC
- Negotiable (Fixed and Variable part will be worked as per discussions).
Reporting Staff :
- None Initially, there is an opportunity to grow and build the team in future
Others:
- The role will be of an individual contributor initially, will build the team over the time
- The initial setup will be "work from home".
- Extensive travel will be part of the profile
This role is key to helping Liases Foras broaden and grow its customers base withteh followings :
- Banks, HFCs
- Pvt Equity Firms, NBFCs
- Real Estate Developers
- Allied Partners/Material Suppliers in Real estate
- Infrastructure company
- Govt Departments
You need to work alongside the customer, product, and data team. You will be required to research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
