About the Role :
Leverage Edu is looking for an enthusiastic Brand Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is central to building and sustaining our brand's visibility and trust among aspiring students, parents, and the education community. As a Brand Marketing Associate, you will support initiatives that promote Leverage Edu's mission, brand values, and services.
Location : Noida
What will you do :
- Brand Strategy & Identity : Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance brand positioning in the education sector.
- Content & Social Media : Create compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Evaluate campaign performance and offer insights for optimization.
- Student-Centric Marketing : Conduct research to understand trends, preferences, and challenges faced by students in India and beyond. Use insights to adapt messaging and build a strong community.
- Event Support : Assist with events and webinars that bring our brand closer to students and universities. Coordinate logistics and handle on ground branding to ensure successful representation.
- Performance Analysis : Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, generating reports with actionable insights that help shape future brand strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, PR, and Product teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints and maximize campaign reach and impact.
What will you need :
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or a related role in the education, tech, or services sector.
- Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing fundamentals, and content creation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and CRM software.
- Ability to think creatively, adapt quickly, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit and an eye for detail.
