SaaS Instance Deployment: be a part of the team that helps configure and set up prospect and customer SaaS instances based on clients unique requirements.
Ongoing project & task management. Manage multiple instance setup projects concurrently, from initial request to final deployment. Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
Consultative Approach: Act as a consultant to prospects and customers, understanding their unique requirements, and recommending optimal configurations and features to meet their needs.
Overseas Team Collaboration: Work closely with our overseas development and support teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring that instance setup aligns with customer expectations.
Project Management: Manage multiple instance setup projects concurrently, from initial request to final deployment. Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
Data Entry and Analytics: Handle data entry tasks related to customer and prospect information, ensuring data accuracy. Use analytics tools to gather insights on instance performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
AI Familiarity: Develop a strong understanding of our intent-based artificial intelligence and other AI technologies to effectively communicate its capabilities and benefits to customers.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of instance setup processes, configurations, and customer interactions to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team.
Overseas Team Collaboration: Work Eastern Timezone hours with our overseas client and support teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring that instance setup aligns with client expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong technical background with a good understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud services.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong data entry and analytical skills.
Ability to put on a consultant hat and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with intent-based and generative artificial intelligence is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Comfortable working remotely and across different time zones.(eastern hours)
