Senior Backend Developer

We are looking for a skilled Senior back-end Developer with experience in Java, spring boot, building high-performance, scalable, and distributed systems.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Spring Boot, microservices, and distributed systems and cloud deployments.
• Must have experience in Java, RESTful APIs, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Must be able to Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
• Build RESTful APIs to support frontend and service integration.
• Design schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity in SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination between microservices.
• Address challenges like latency, fault tolerance, and load balancing.
• Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployment in cloud environments.
• Implement monitoring (e.g., ELK, Prometheus) and security best practices (authentication, encryption).
• Write unit, integration, and automated tests with continuous integration workflows.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and API specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
