Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Campaign Manager Digital Marketing to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully managing and scaling campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
- This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and a strong analytical mindset to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns across Email, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and email templates to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and adjust budgets to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS.
- Use insights to inform future campaigns and continuously improve outcomes.
- Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and audience targeting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email marketing.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in using tools such as - HubSpot, Apollo, Zoom Info, SEM Rush, Zero bounce, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC principles.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certification or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in managing campaigns for B2B SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with video marketing and YouTube ad optimization.
