Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for a fresher looking to start their career in sales and marketing. The primary responsibility will be to generate leads through cold calling and other outreach methods. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services, identify key decision-makers, and establish initial contact.
Research and identify potential clients within the BFSI sector, build and maintain a database of qualified leads.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
Diligently follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align lead generation efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and provide regular updates on lead generation activities.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients over the phone.
A basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to influence decision-making.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
