LEO1 - BAU Support Developer - Production Systems (5-8 yrs)

Support Developer will ensure the stability and- performance of our production systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, optimize- system operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement long-term solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Deliver prompt and efficient support for production systems, identifying and resolving- complex code and data issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product- managers, to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.

- Utilize strong expertise in Python (Django/FastAPI) and JavaScript (ReactJS/NextJS) to analyze and fix issues effectively.

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including debugging steps, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

- Proactively monitor system logs, performance metrics, and database operations to identify and mitigate potential issues.

- Work closely with the development team to address recurring problems, implement long-term fixes, and enhance system reliability.

- Ensure compliance with production SLAs and provide clear communication to stakeholders during critical incidents.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve system performance and processes.

Key Skills :

- 5-8 years of experience providing L3 support for production systems, including issue resolution and optimization.

- Advanced proficiency in Python (Django/FastAPI) and JavaScript (ReactJS/NextJS), with strong debugging skills.

- In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB, including database optimization and troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services for hosting, monitoring, and scaling production systems.

- Expertise in analyzing third-party API integrations and troubleshooting server/DB logs.

- Strong focus on optimizing data integrity and achieving millisecond-level latency for production environments.

Preferred Skills :

- Previous experience in fast-paced start-up environments or high-pressure production support roles.

- Exposure to domains such as fintech or SaaS.

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.

Location : Andheri East, Mumbai.

Working days : 5 days (Mon to Fri).
