Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Lead with strong multilingual capabilities to oversee our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase traffic. This role requires a creative thinker with communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices Job

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals

- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, YouTube etc.)

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team

- Track and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives

- Lead the social media team across Lenskart platforms

- Work closely with the design team to ensure consistent branding and creative execution

- Strategize and ideate for product launches and marketing campaigns and regular content calendar for all social channels

- Aligning marketing calendar with social media content teams and create content schedule for all platforms

- Creative ideation and planning for effective social media strategy optimised to each particular channel

- Collaborating with the internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy

- Coordinating with internal and external vendors to help create content series and IPs to build brand awareness as well as further business goals

- Support to develop and implement channel budget

Job Requirement:

- Master Degree in marketing, mass media or related field with 6+ years of experience in a similar role

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A high level of attention to detail

- Ability to lead, work effectively within a team and independently

- Excellent time management and project management skills

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
