We are seeking a talented and creative User Interface Designer to join LENS. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Optimize : Enhance existing user interface designs for better usability and aesthetics.

- Collaborate : Communicate with clients to understand their business goals, user needs, and project objectives.

- Prototype : Create and test prototypes for new product ideas to validate solutions before scaling.

- Information Architecture : Organize pages and content within websites or apps to ensure seamless navigation and accessibility.

- Research : Collect and analyze behavioral data and customer feedback to inform design decisions.

- Visual Design : Develop designs with a strong understanding of color theory, typography, images, and layout for an engaging user experience.

- Wireframes : Craft detailed blueprints to outline how solutions function before defining their visual representation.

- Testing : Evaluate designs and solutions to ensure they perform as intended.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field.

- Tools Expertise : Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision Studio, Axure, Figma, and Balsamiq.

- Design Systems : Familiarity with design systems and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation for theming and consistency.

- Visual Design Skills : Strong ability in wireframing, visual design, and delivering high-quality design outputs.

- Research Abilities : Experience in gathering and analyzing user feedback and data for design optimization.
