Manager - Hybris

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead the development of a successful eCommerce business using technologies like SAP Hybris, Salesforce, Big Commerce, Magento, etc. Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
• Leverage web technologies and integrate eCommerce systems and APIs.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a strong technical background, including application planning and architecture. Be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Work with both internal and external teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support. Collaborate with cross-functional team members.
• Manage team members, plan resources, and hire and develop talent. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Align technology to support business objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in digital environments.
• Demonstrated ability in managing multiple priorities and projects across varying brands or business units
• Experience in eCommerce Technology
• Experience in Azure DevOps /TFS/ JIRA
• Good communication and soft skills along with good interpersonal and team skills are essential.
• Ability to influence and coordinate cross-organization teams to implement important technical priorities
