Inventory & MIS Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Inventory and MIS Executive to join our controls team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day reconciliation tasks, coordinating with respective owners and supporting the MIS function. This is an excellent opportunity for recent High Secondary pass outs or those with minimal experience who are eager to start their career in accounting and MIS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business performance
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data used in reports
• Automate routine reports and tasks to improve efficiency
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure compliance with policies, and regulations of the organisation
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Support the generation of financial and operational dashboards for management.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze data for decision-making.
• Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets.
