You will be responsible for entry level knowledge of the global recruitment process, including: guidance and coordination of all regular-hire hiring process activities within the recruiting stream lifecycle, candidate facing tasks, interviewing tasks, offer/employment agreement contract process, background check process (where applicable), hiring transaction, process compliance, and projects relating to the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Background Check initiation, facilitation, and adjudication for Asia Pacific region.
Follow legal guidelines for adjudication and escalation including; escalation to legal on results outside of guidelines, escalation to legal counsel and human resources in the event of a potential offer rescind, and proper documentation for compliance and communication with stakeholders.
Prepare contracts and other required pre-hire administration.
Be an expert in driving Onboarding processes for new employees (including logistic, communication, and employment contracts), and training stakeholders in this process.
Analyse inquiries from global stakeholders relating to the recruiting stream, determine correct guidance for resolution, and communicate to stakeholder on resolution, and escalate if necessary.
Understanding of end-to-end recruiting stream process and beginner knowledge of impacts of modification on global scale
Process hiring transactions within required timeframes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed in the event of a delay. This includes: requisition creation for executives, Workday task completion for the recruiting stream, and/or successful Workday Help ticket completion for TA Operations inquiries.
Advise and councils Talent Acquisition, and other HR peers and leaders on process and protocol to educate and facilitate a compliant, efficient, and positive hiring experience.
Participate and potentially lead projects to support efficiency and process improvement in the hiring process.
Perform audits to ensure the compliance, efficiency, and integrity of the hiring process is according to business-needs and legal regulations.
Identify any recruitment process gaps and identify areas of improvement, such as conducting training, preparing job aid documentation, document organization, etc.

You will have-- Basic/Essential Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
Typically requires 4 years of professional experience
Fluency in English
Related experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources in project and process improvement work
Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically in Workday.
Excel at working in a matrix environment
Enthusiastic and optimistic attitude
Demonstrated customer and candidate management abilities
Interest in identifying downstream effects in software and recruitment process
Attention to service to support global partners
