Design, codes and tests new PRM solutions, including supporting applications and interfaces
Support development activity in several DDS related projects, for internal and external customers
Develop and test infrastructure components in Cloud and Edge-level environments
Help deliver DDS services in multiple form factors
Monitor industry trends and identifies opportunities to implement new technologies
Manage the DevOps pipeline deployment model
Implement software in all environments
Leverage containerization models and works with other engineers and architects to keep the architecture current
Help enhance applications
Write high-quality code compliant with regulations
Be an Tier 3 support for incident handling and resolution
Collaborate with business systems analysts and product owners to define requirements
Knowledge, Experience and Education
Bachelors Degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field
Experience in systems development lifecycle
Experience with Agile development methodologies and system/process documentation
Experience with server-side architectures and containerization
Experience with PRM, Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate
Experience with javascript and SQL
Experience with APIs (REST and SOAP-based web services)
Familiarity with business concepts and impact of data on business processes
Experience providing engineering support to customer support team to resolve any critical customer issues
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing our requirements
Experience in Salesforce (Apex, Data Loader, Lightning Components, and Visualforce Admin role, etc.) and Salesforce certifications is a big plus.
