Technical Lead - Dynamics CRM

Job Description:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, system architecture standards, and best practices for scalability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering growth in Dynamics 365 expertise while ensuring code quality, efficient development practices, and timely delivery of solutions.
• Expertly configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance Operations, etc.) using Power Platform, C++ (if applicable), and other relevant tools, ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications and systems.
• Drive end-to-end technical solutions, including integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, and external APIs), leveraging Azure services, web services, and data integration techniques.
• Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 updates, new features, and Microsoft technologies, evaluating and recommending enhancements to continually improve system capabilities, user experience, and overall performance.
• Expertise handling team and end to end delivery.
