Role & responsibilities

Legion is looking for Safety Officer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address hazardous conditions and equipment
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, including new hire orientation and ongoing training
• Provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related issues and concerns
• Collaborate with other departments and management to ensure safety practices are integrated into all operations and processes
• 5S maintenance in the shop floor
• Regular safety audit and 5s audit
• FBIS statutory submission on timely basis

Preferred candidate profile

NEBOSH-IGC / Diploma in Industrial Safety / Advance Diploma in Fire and Industrial Safety Course

Experience: 0-2years
